I’ve created a product and added it to my cart. I’ve also created some coupons that I want to use to promote this book.

When I go to my test page, and add the book to my cart, I can’t find the area to enter the coupon code. I see it on all your demo pages and tutorials. I’ve looked through my settings and everything. What am I missing? I need to have this site go live in 2 days!

Here is my test page: http://www.livingbeyondawesome.com/test-book-page/

Wow…I feel silly. After looking all around, I must have missed the checkbox that allows coupons. Once checked, it works. However, now I have the dreaded, “Either your shopping cart is empty or the PHP Session on your server is not working correctly. ” I’m trying to dig around and find a solution. This is really inconvenient. I was using e-junkie which is super easy but I didn’t want to pay the monthly fee. If I can’t fix this issue, I might just go back to them. I don’t have time to research PHP and a possible solution.

When I go to your test page I can add the product to the shopping cart and checkout without any issue so I am guessing you fixed the PHP issue on your server.

There is nothing for you to do when your server’s PHP session is not configured correctly. It is your hosting provider’s duty to give you a server that is properly configured. Simply tell them that the PHP Session is not working on your server and they should be able to address the issue. This post can come in handy:
