This is probably relatively easy to answer.
I have a site where we sell merchandise (lets call it the merchandise shop) which is separate from our main site. I would like to move the contents of merchandise shop to the shop on the main site. I do not care about stock levels.
I could copy things long hand but I suspect that there is an easier way? Could you offer a suggestion of how I could do this. I am OK with using phpMyAdmin but just want to be aware of any potential pitfalls. ID clashes are one thing that come to mind.

Do you have any eStore product configured on the main site? If so do you want to overwrite those products with the ones from your shop site?
If your main site doesn’t have any eStore product configured you should be able to import products from your shop site to the main one by following this tutorial:
