I need to move my user base to another domain. I see an export for emember but I don’t see an import. I need to export my emember members and all the payment records in eStore and import them to my other domain. How can I do this without doing phpmyadmin work?
August 24, 2013 at 11:24 pm #57368adminKeymasterIt sounds like you just need to move your entire WordPress site to a new host/domain. Maybe the following tutorial will be helpful for you:

Also, the bulk member data importer addon maybe of some use:

September 18, 2013 at 3:56 pm #57369myallenmediaMemberI don’t need to move the whole domain. Just the emember userbase and estore records with it.
September 19, 2013 at 12:08 am #57370adminKeymasterIn that case, only export the estore and emember tables from your other site and import them into the new site.
The following post has some helpful info for exporting and importing database tables:
August 16, 2014 at 4:43 am #57371robicoMemberMy client currently has 2 sites and will be combining the two so we can decommission one.
The website we are decommissioning has over 100 members in their eMember database so we need to transfer these members to the active website. I tried to export the members and then import the list using the Bulk Member Data Importer Addon but it didn’t import the information correctly as the username was missing.
Any help would be appreciated.
August 17, 2014 at 2:29 am #57372adminKeymasterAre you using custom fields on this site by any chance?
August 18, 2014 at 12:51 am #57373robicoMemberYes we are.
August 19, 2014 at 4:45 am #57374adminKeymasterokay, when exporting data from one site and importing into another, you have to make sure that whatever you are exporting will match perfectly on the other site. If you have a mismatch of custom fields (for example: one site using 10 fields and the other one using 5) then the operation won’t be smooth.
Also, make sure you don’t have any bad data in the CSV file. If there is a row with no username, then remove that row altogether then try the import again.
