1) A link to your landing page in question (where you have the payment button) – [http://www.triciadycka.com/emotional-meltdowns-gone/]
2) What are you using to handle the eCommerce/sale side of things (Plain PayPal button or eStore plugin or any other plugin?) – Plain PayPal button
3) Which integration you are using (simply link to the integration documentation that you have followed from our site).
All the available pre-made integration options are listed on our documentation under the “Integration Options” section (simply tell us which one you are following):
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/
Direct/Plain/Hosted PayPal Button and Affiliate Plugin Integration
4) Enable debug by checking the enable debug field in the settings menu of the affiliate plugin so you can provide us some log data when we ask for it. – done
5) What version of the affiliate plugin are you using? – 5.8.3
July 3, 2014 at 1:10 am #34879adminKeymasterThank you for providing all the details. I have a couple more questions:
1) What is your “Thank You” page URL?
2) Have you enabled PDT option in your PayPal account?
July 3, 2014 at 2:34 pm #34880triciadyckaMemberThank you page URL – [http://www.triciadycka.com/emotional-meltdowns-gone-download-page/] (it’s currently empty of content)
And yes, I enabled the PDT option in my PayPal account.
July 4, 2014 at 12:14 am #34881adminKeymasterThank you. You forgot to check the “Enable 3rd Party Cart Integration” field in the plugin settings. Please check that box and save the settings. Then do an affiliate referral test transaction.
July 15, 2014 at 5:53 pm #34882isimplifyvaMemberI am using FoxyCart. One of our affiliates contacted us recently asking about commission. We see a bunch of clickthroughs, and two verifiable sales, but no sale/commission info in the plugin. Affiliate ‘drkaren’
1. sales page: [http://www.48days.com/byfa/]
2. Foxycart integration (instructions followed and settings verified)
3. this is where I found instructions: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/wp-affiliate-and-foxy-cart-integration-instructions#post-49193
4. debug has been enabled since last week
5. WP version: 3.9.1 WP Affiliate Platform version: 5.2.3
Thanks for your help!
July 16, 2014 at 1:35 am #34883adminKeymasterThank you for the details. Can you please copy and paste the HTML tracking code that you added (I want to see if there is any error/typo there). See step 3 from the following page to understand what I mean by HTML tracking code:
Have you done any affiliate test transaction after you enabled the debug option?
July 18, 2014 at 4:06 pm #34884isimplifyvaMemberHere is the code requested:
^^receipt_only_begin^^
^^analytics_google_ga^^

^^receipt_only_end^^
</body>
</html>
re: question regarding test transaction after debug; Yes. Would you like the debug.log?
July 18, 2014 at 11:07 pm #34885adminKeymasterThank you. The setup looks good. I checked your log file data and the IP addresses are not matching so it didn’t award the commission. I have sent you an update via email.
July 25, 2014 at 9:37 pm #34886triciadyckaMemberI was previously able to set up the plugin correctly but I just had to change the PayPal account that the plugin is linked to. Most of the information is still the same so I’ve copied my answers from before. The issue is the same that the clicks are being tracked but neither the sale nor the commission is tracked. Last time completing two steps 1) enabling the third party cart integration option 2) raising the price so it is high enough to pay out a commission, were enough to fix the problem but I am still having issues this time despite completing both of those steps.

July 26, 2014 at 12:56 am #34887adminKeymaster@triciaddycka, Your setup looks good. The only thing that is failing is the PDT verification. So check the following things:
1) Make sure you have entered the new PDT token from your NEW PayPal account into the plugin’s settings
2) You are not mixing up sandbox and live mode and your account. Basically, don’t use sandbox mode in the plugin then enter the PDT from your live PayPal account or vice versa.
March 3, 2017 at 7:24 pm #34888GoldieMemberHi,
1. Landing page: [https://www.lovecbd.org]
2. Ecommerce method: WooCommerce ePay Plugin
3. I couldn’t find any documentation for ePay integration
4. Done
5. v 6.0.2
Thanks in advance,
David.
March 4, 2017 at 12:02 am #34889adminKeymasterI don’t think you have done any test transaction after you enabled the debug option in the affiliate plugin.
Please do a test affiliate referred transaction so I can see what the plugin is doing (in terms of commission awarding) after the sale.
Is your order set to “Processing” or “Completed” status in the WooCommerce orders menu? Our plugin will ONLY process the commission when the order goes to the “Processing” or “Completed” status (which is what the order status should be after the payment is collected).
March 4, 2017 at 11:17 am #34890GoldieMemberI’ve just put through a test transaction using an affiliate’s URL, and the affiliate was immediately given their commission. It was the same affiliate who has complained that it’s not working, so it does all seem to be fine. Although it’s mysterious that their other sales weren’t recorded.
March 5, 2017 at 12:20 am #34891adminKeymasterThat only means that the customer didn’t click on the affiliate link or they may have an error in their affiliate link. You can keep the debug option enabled and tell them to do a test transaction so you can show them how the system is working fine when everything is done correctly.
March 5, 2017 at 10:57 am #34892GoldieMemberThanks. I appreciate it.
