Sometimes the clicks are tracked, but then sometimes they go back to zero. I have also not had any sales tracked. I’m using Eshop. My web is [www.rrbooks.org]
I appreciate your help.

May 7, 2015 at 3:17 am #28582ToniNelsonMemberI had a webinar last week with an affiliate and got 4 sales from her. I know that because paypal sent me a confirmation and she’s the first one I’ve partnered with. The problem is that none of those sales are showing up in WP affiliate. It says I have 65 clicks but no sales are showing up.
I’m not seeing anything show up in the affiliate sales section. The affiliate is upset because she doesn’t see her sales.
I thought I had everything set up properly so I don’t know what happened.

March 9, 2017 at 3:46 am #28584EricaMemberWhen people click the affiliate’s link, e.g., [http://www.MenAndLove.org/frederic]
the WP Affiliate plugin is not tracking. It keeps showing 0 clicks.
When I checked my Paypal button, I realized I had not put in the thank you page which is [http://www.MenAndLove.org/welcome]
When I checked my AWeber list, I saw that I DID have the thank you page listed there.
March 9, 2017 at 10:41 pm #28585adminKeymasterWhat is the actual affiliate link that the visitors are clicking?
For example: the affiliate link should have “?ap_id=” in the URL. The example URL you gave me doesn’t have that so I am not sure if you are actually using a correct affiliate link to begin with.
Have you fully watched all the video tutorials from the following page so you have some understanding of what an affiliate link is (that this plugin creates for your affiliates)?
I can see that you are trying to integrate with a paypal button. Which option from the following documentation are you using?
