Clickbank IPN authenticity failed using emember

having problems integrating clickbank with emember. i think its something in the script or secret key because ipn authentication fails.

ive setup my secret key and ipn in clickbank and received email from clickbank showing completed transaction but cant get it to go send registration email form. im following this tutorial. http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/wp-emember-and-clickbank-integration-470

1. when i enter the clickbank secret key under gateway settings and save options… the secret key just disappears.

2. sandbox error log shows(last three lines):

[06/25/2012 2:44 PM] – SUCCESS :Validating IPN authenticity. Secret Key:

[06/25/2012 2:44 PM] – SUCCESS :IPN validation return value:

[06/25/2012 2:44 PM] – FAILURE :Clickbank IPN authenticity failed! This payment notification will not be processed!

im using version: 4.0

4. using secret key- GETYOURPRODUCT (this key wont save)

Hi Courtney, Not being able to save the secret key would be the issue. Can you please load a fresh build of eMember now and then try to save that secret key and let me know how you go?
