can't get short codes to work on page

I updatd to latest version. This site is using ithemes Builder and custom css style manager.

I ran through the post on detecting conflicts to no avail.

When I change to default theme the problem still occurs. I teste deactivating every plugin but could not find conflicts.

scrach that as now I am getting “you dont have sufficent permissions to access this page’

I tried to delete create a new product and got this error. So I tried to delete and re-install the plugin not nothing works. I updated to latest wp version
