Ok Thanks. I tried it but I had a problem with the final step. When the file is unzipped I can’t upload it to Bluehost. It will only upload as a zip file to Bluehost. What am I doing wrong?

Use Filezilla, or your favorite FTP client, to upload the files to your host. Remember to use the “Binary” file transfer mode.
