MemberI have moved from another hosting and thats when this error started showing. I have a strange wpeStore database problem. I am using your buy now button and I am getting the following error:
Looks like you have entered a product ID (1) that doesn’t exist in the product database. Please check your product ID value again!
Using phpMyAdmin, the wp_wp_estore_tbl shows that there is one record in the table. The record has an id =1.
When in the Dashboard and select Manage products, it shows that I have no products. When I attempt to add another product and save the product, nothing is saved. It will not allow me to add any products and it does not acknowledge the one product record that I have.
Some table must be corrupted. How can I fix this problem ?
Thanks,
Dan

ModeratorHi, have you recently updated the plugin or imported the eStore database from another site?

MemberYes, the database was recently imported from another host. Do I have to re-install the WPeStore plugin ?

MemberCan you tell me what tables are out of sync and can I just delete all records in the tables and then re-enter my product – I only have one product that I am selling.

KeymasterSomething went wrong with your eStore database table migration. Go to “Admin Functions” menu of the eStore plugin then hit the “Remove All eStore Database Tables” button to remove all the eStore database tables.
Now do this to load a fresh copy of the plugin:

MemberAfter removing the database tables, I deactivated and reactivated the plugin. This solved the problem. I can now enter products and my buy now button works again.
Thanks,
Dan
