Can not create membership level

When going to the membership level and clicking add new button nothing happens. It is just does not allow anything to happen.

The only plugins I have installed are yours Estore, Emember, and the Affilate plus two others; caption pix and coming soon plugins. I deactivated both of the ones that are not yours to see if this is what was causing the problem but still nothing happens. So it is not them.

If you could please advise that would be great. The version number of wp emember is 6.4.9

I’d recommend the first thing you should do is re-install a fresh version of the plugin:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

Then if you are still seeing problems, do the following steps to see if it may be your theme that is causing a conflict:

I have already done all of this and I am still getting the same results. I have requested a fresh download of the plugins I ordered but I am not sure if I am doing the fresh install correctly? All I am doing is deactivating them and then reinstalling them. Is this the correct way to do a fresh install or not?

The first link above which also references the following has appropriate instructions for upgrading/installing eMember plugin:

So once you’ve done that try switching to the standard WP theme to see if your theme may be causing the problem. (follow instructions in the second link in my reply above)

Do you know how long it normally takes to get updates when they are requested?

The automated one is instant but if you did a manual request then someone will have to manually process it (usually it gets processed within a few hours).
