Hi,
I’m not sure I’m even phrasing this question correctly
I’ve performed a test with my subscriber list asking them to download the latest free offering (squeeze form), and let me know if they receive the link email or not (inbox, spam folder or not received at all).
20-30 percent are not receiving them at all. I know that eStore is sending them from the logs, so I assume the downstream server is rejecting them.
I’d like to see the same data I can see from my autoresponder emails, i.e, which emails bounced and what reason was returned.
Is that possible?
Thanks

August 18, 2013 at 6:40 pm #57235AnonymousInactiveI understand. Thanks. Just to clarify, these are not link emails that are going to spam folders but ones that are never reaching their destination at all. Not even the spam folder. I’m sure the answer is the same though.
