The membership organization I am building a website for requires all members to renew their membership dues on a calendar year basis, not anniversary date. The options available to us for WP-eMember membership level options are a fixed number of days, weeks, months, years, or No Expiry or Until Cancelled. Is it possible to expire on a specific date or calendar year basis?
What triggers the sending of the expiry letter? Is it the subscription start date? If so I could change everyone’s subscription start date to Jan 1, 2011 so the expiry letter is sent out in December. Is that possible?
Yes, the membership expiry is based on the join date when you set a fixed duration in the membership level. So changing the join date will do the trick.
You can also do this if it works for you:
