Buyer does not receive the email for downloading the photos

Hi !

I do some test this morning and the buyer does not receive the mail for downloading the photos. But, the buyer receive the email from Paypal telling, ‘you send a payment of … to …”

I need some help for this !

In the WP Photo Seller plugin page, -> “Email Settings”, the box “Send Email After Purchase” is checked.

OK, I will do some test, but I found this in the log.txt (after anabled the logging).

I changed some string with PoEdit and I think your plugin Don’t like character with accent. I will continu to test.

Just for info, this string, “T�l�chargement”, is normally, “téléchargement”, french translation of “Download”. In PoEdit, I changed back to “Download” and now, when the buyer buy a photo, he receive the email with download link.

Hi,

Can you please enable debug logging by going to:

WP Photo Seller >> Settings

Scroll to bottom and set “Enable Logging” to “Yes”.

Then try another test and let us know what the following log file contains:

…/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/log.txt

Please enable the following option in your PayPal account:

Also, make sure you have the IPN feature enabled in your PayPal account:

Then please enable the debug option in the plugin and do a test transaction so we can see if our plugin is receiving the payment notification (IPN) from paypal after a payment.
