    Hello,

I have just bought WP PDF Stamper and tried to start using it. I have PHP 5.3, ioncube loader ready and curl library for PHP 5. Everything is ready, I have also good memory limit (128 MB) etc.

But when I select PDF (I have tried to upload it via FTP and even via WordPress), I cannot stamp. When I will choose the source PDF and click Stamp manually, just the heading “WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping” will appear and then the blank screen. Nothing more. I don’t understand it.

Everything is set and I have also tried to use second method of stamping, but withou any reason. Can you help me?

I sent you an email to get site access so I can investigate it.

When you failed to upload the plugin via WordPress plugin uploader you most likely uploaded it via FTP using *normal mode*. When uploading files via FTP it is a good idea to set the transfer mode to “Binary” so that the files do not get corrupted during the upload (which is why the plugin wasn’t working because some files got corrupted). I just uploaded a fresh copy of the plugin using FTP via “Binary” mode and it is working fine now.

FYI – Your site seems to have some sort of file upload limit which is why you couldn’t upload the plugin via the WordPress’s plugin uploader. You should get that fixed as it will mean that everytime you try to upload a big file (example, an image) to your WP Site it will fail.

My PDF stamper has stopped stamping. Neither through my download button, nor manually. Recently my blog was hijacked so I had to recover it using BackUpWordPress plugin (manually deleting everything and then uploading backup files back again). Should I reinstall the stamper? If so, remind me how, please. Thank you.

Yes please re-install the PDF stamper. The following will explain how to do this.

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)
