We use AWS integration to host e-book files that we sell on our site. It has been working fine for many months. Suddenly, it has stopped. I can’t find anything wrong with our settings. One thought is that maybe it’s the WordPress update, but I somewhat doubt that. I’m just unsure where to start looking for the problem.
I have a picture of the error code our customers are seeing.

Thank you so much!
Is it just a particular user or file? Please enable the debug logs, and run a test. Then look in the download_manager_debug.log file.
Thank you! I ran a debug log, and it appears to be almost all the files. It started on 8/17/16 at 3:07 am, but we didn’t update WordPress until this morning, so that ruled THAT out. Thanks!
I don’t think it is the wordpress update. We tested that already and we know it works fine in the new WP version.
As a first step, please do the following:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Then enable the debug log option and reset the log file.
Generate a download link from the admin functions menu of the plugin and test the download.
Do you see any change?
