I’m having the same issue but am wondering about “Enable parser for all lists in this account”. Does that mean if someone buys something from me they’ll be added to every list I have?
November 3, 2010 at 5:47 pm #21451revtrevMemberJust tested the “enable parsers for all list” because the list is set in the store, only that list is subscribed to in aweber. It’s working great. Thanks for all your help.
November 4, 2010 at 12:24 am #21452amin007ParticipantGood to know it’s working. The option “Enable parser for all lists in this account” just activates this custom parser for all your list so it can be used. It doesn’t mean that the customer will be subscribed to all of your list.
January 6, 2011 at 12:11 pm #21453gracemarshallMemberHi there, I have a similar problem – the confirmation from Aweber is going to me, not the customer.
From Email Address: Grace Marshall <grace@grace-marshall.com>
Trigger Rule: From:[^n|.]+ grace@grace-marshall.com
eStore version: 4.8.1
I have ticked the “Enable parser for all lists in this account” box
Grateful for your help!
January 6, 2011 at 1:20 pm #21454amin007ParticipantThis usually happens if you don’t check the video tutorial on this page
Is there a space between the “+” and the email address in the trigger rule?
January 6, 2011 at 3:51 pm #21455gracemarshallMemberAha! Such a small detail – thanks for spotting it! You’re right I didn’t watch the video – just followed the text instructions.
Thanks so much for your speedy and helpful response
January 30, 2011 at 5:09 am #21456milesMemberI’ve gone over the video twice now and followed all of the tips in this thread and I am puzzled at the problem I am facing. This is the nearest thread I found, so I figured i’d keep my question on topic.
I have set up the emember plugin and people can register and gain access, no problem. They just don’t get added to the Aweber list.
From Email Address: Melanie <melanie@ask-angels.com>
Trigger Rule: From:[^n|.]+melanie@ask-angels.com
WP eMembers – v6.0.5
I have ticked the “Enable parser for all lists in this account” box
Accounts get set up find in the plugin, but nothing makes it to the aweber list.
Thanks for the help.
April 25, 2011 at 9:45 pm #21457webpaidMemberI had this problem and couldn’t figure it out for hours. Finally I checked off a setting in the settings page.
See this: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/415/0152845716.png
Everything is working now with aweber.
April 26, 2011 at 12:16 am #21458webpaidMembersame problem here. The confirmation from aweber is going to my FROM email address and not purchaser’s email address.
What is the solution here? And YES, I have followed all your instructions!
May 10, 2011 at 6:25 am #21459honzaMemberI believe this might help some of you: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/multiple-free-memberships-with-aweber-integration-and-automated-account-creation
June 13, 2011 at 10:17 pm #21460ChiefExpertsMemberI have followed the video and text information on setting up our email parser with aweber. Unfortunately, it is still ‘signing up’ the “FROM” email address instead of the customer. It did chose the correct list, but it has our email address.
Any other ideas?
Thanks for all your help.

June 14, 2011 at 1:23 am #21461amin007ParticipantThis always happens for one of the following two reasons:
– The AWeber parser’s trigger rule is incorrect. Is the email value in the “From Email Address” field of the plugins’s email settings section/menu the same as the “Trigger Rule” field’s email address? If they are different email addresses then you will see the issue you are seeing.
– Is the “Enable parser for all lists in this account” checkbox checked for this parser that you created?
June 15, 2011 at 1:59 am #21462imageincMemberI have double checked the email addresses in the settings section and it matches the ones in the Trigger Rules.
I have two different parsers set up. One for the wp eStore and one for the wp affiliate, so our affiliates as well as customers end up on aweber lists.
On both I have checked “Enable parser for all lists in this account”, however each time I go into the parser it shows as unchecked. Not sure how to make it ‘stay’ checked.
June 15, 2011 at 2:46 am #21463amin007Participant“however each time I go into the parser it shows as unchecked” – AWeber has a slight bug at the moment whereby the “Enable parser for all lists in this account” checkbox doesn’t stick after you save the parser. Does your eStore signup work?
June 15, 2011 at 2:50 am #21464imageincMemberneither sign up work at the moment – both are sending to their respective “from” addresses.
I have contact aweber about this as well.
