Hello,
I’ve been using the Aweber Email Parser w/ wp estore for over a year without any problems. Recently, I added a new product and a new list. I used the same settings that I have with each of my other products/lists, but this time it’s not working.
I set up the Autoresponder List settings to: bwn_discovery@aweber.com, customers
Now, whenever the product is purchased, I get an error email which says that the email was sent to bwn_discovery and failed. I’ve double checked the settings and everything is set up in the email parser according to the wp estore instructions. The email parser is enabled for all lists (however, each time I go into the Email Parser set up I have to recheck this box – not sure if that’s normal).
Can you please help me figure out what needs to be changed to get this autoresponder to work?

Please carefully go through the troubleshooting steps in the following link:
I followed all of the steps under “AWeber Signups Not Working” and there was nothing to be corrected in my current set up w/ wpestore and aweber. However, I just tested it again and it appears to be working correctly now. Perhaps there was a problem with Aweber.
