Avatar sync between eMember and bbPress

How do I make sure the avatar uploaded in eMember is used in bbPress as well.

Now it seems that some of the users their gravatar is shown in bbPress instead of the avatar.

I’ve tried to scan the source of both eMember and bbPress, but can’t seem to find where it decides to show gravatar of eMember avatar …

There is no way for eMember to override Gravatars:
