Hello,
I actually have two problems,
First, when “Auto Upgrade” changes the Membership Level of subscriber (every 7 days), no email is sent to the subscriber.
I tried on another test website, same problem, the level is changed but the subscriber never receives e-mail when there is auto upgrade.
“WP eMembers – Email Settings” are completed correctly
To avoid this problem, I thought to use my autoresponder (1ShoppingCart) to automatically send emails every 7 days to notify the change of level to the subscriber.
So I tried to use “Generic Integration autoresponders” to send a request to my autoresponder 1ShoppingCart. (who will do the rest)
But eMember does not send the request mail to 1ShoppingCart. !
*I also tested this function in WP eStore, same problem! “Generic Autoresponder Integration Setting” does not send the requêtte to my autoresponder.
Can you help me, please.
I do not want to send all manualy email of my subscribe every time “Auto Upgrade” changes the level at the Subscriber.

What version of eMember are you using?
Did you check the “Enable Automatic Upgrade Email Notification” field under the auto upgrade tab to enable the auto upgrade email notification feature?
Regarding the autoresponder integration issue.. Please enable debug in the plugin so we can see where it is failing. This post should give you more guidance on this:
