I have a members site for a course. We want everyone to upgrade at the same time as they are taking the course all together. I have ensured that the subscription start date is the same for everyone, however, not everyone upgraded at the same time. I have gone over the set up and their subscriptions and all seems to be set up appropriately. Is it based on hours so that if their initial start date is affected by the hour they started their subscription? Is there a way to choose the time that they upgrade?
Thanks!
What version of eMember are you using?
Auto upgrade is done in batches every night. So given all the member accounts were created the same day, the accounts will get upgraded the same day too. Did you create those accounts the same day? Are all these member accounts belong to the same membership level and is set for upgrade to the same level?
The version listed in the Dashboard is v7.9.0.
They were not all entered on the same day – however I changed their Subscription Start date and their Member Since date to all be the same so they would auto upgrade together. They are all in the same membership level and are set to upgrade to the next level together to go along with the course.
Thanks! I look forward to your reply.
When selecting the data from the calendar you have definitely selected the correct date that you *think* you did right? Sometimes user can pick a wrong date by mistake and cause this kind of issue.
Can you try loading a fresh copy of the eMember plugin?
