Using eStore 6.9.9.3 at site [http://cmwsvideo.kvshowcase.com]. Initially connected Authorize.net test account (sandbox=on), completed site and tested transaction loop successfully. Changed credentials(sandbox=off), tested and failed with Error 14. Found note in Forum and read Authorize.net Support post on Error 14. Followed instructions to set Referrer URL for Weblink connection. Cleared cache, reloaded site and tested transaction. Failed again with Error 14. Can you provide guidance on what I’ve missed or need to do?

I notice you are using an older (6.x.y) version of eStore. Please upgrade to the latest (7.x.y) version and see if the problem still exists:

This error actually has nothing to do with the eStore plugin itself. This error means that authorize.net is not accepting the return URL that the plugin is submitting. This happens when you have specified one URL in your auth.net account profile and a different one in eStore’s settings.

Do the following to get a good explanation of where in your auth.net profile you should look to correct the URL value.

    1) Go here:

    http://developer.authorize.net/tools/responsereasoncode

    2) Enter your error code, which is 14
