Authorize.net buy now / subscription links

Hi … I am running into trouble with the following:

1. How do I create buy now links for authorize.net?

2. The button is not working

issue: this buy now works fine for paypal & manual but I get a error:

The following errors have occurred. (5) A valid amount is required.

3. Is there a way to do a subscription authorize.net link?

Authorize.net doesn’t offer subscription in their standard gateway API. They have another API called ARB which is what they use to offer subscription. We have a paymnet gateway bundle addon where we have support for that ARB API:

We don’t have an option to create text links for auth.net buy now button yet. Please use an add to cart button instead if you must use a text link.

Looks like you have set the price of Product 6 to be Zero (0)?

Payment gateways won’t let you do a transaction with zero amount. The item must cost something.

The cost is $197. To my eyes it looks like the product info is not being passed on.

I am pretty sure you have an automatic discount coupon configured which is making that price $0. Do you have an automatic discount coupon enabled in the Discounts menu of eStore?

On the forth post in this thread Admin states:

This was quite a while ago. Is there an option to use the text link with Authorize.net with the payment gateway bundle yet.

They don’t have a separate API for Buy Now type buttons (like PayPal). So we have our own little workarounds but it is a little difficult to make that work as a link.
