Another Blank Page after clicking on Checkout

What value do you have in the following field of eStore?

WP eStore Settings -> Payment Gateway Settings -> Manual Checkout Settings -> Return URL

It is set to the thank you page [http://www.thewebscriptstore.com/ty/]

I assumed since that page has the shortcode to display what was purchased for paid products, it should be the same for free as well.

Update: Turned out your theme was outputting some empty characters so the estore’s redirect was getting ignored. I did the following theme test to verify this (it works fine when I use a default WordPress theme):
