Another Blank Page after clicking on Checkout

When users click on Checkout via the sidebar widget, they are supposed to be redirected to the Register page. This was working before the update you put out today. Now it just goes to a blank page.

Error:

The website encountered an error while retrieving /wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_payment_submission.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Update:

Just ran another test while logged in. When users click the Checkout it should be redirecting to Paypal. It errors with blank page with same error above.

Can you make sure all the checkout, payment and return files don’t cause a blank page please… Thanks.

Go to: [admin removed link]

Click on Purchase, then click on Add to Cart. Then click on Checkout. You’ll see it there. Then when you register and login and click on Checkout, you’ll see it again. Appears to be the same file.

When I click on the purchase button it takes me to a 404 Not found page.

Okay I was able to go to the purchase page by clicking on the navigation link. Looks like you are getting a 500 error. So lets look at the server log to see where it is messing it. This post will guide you:

Thank you for that. This looks like that eMember issue with WP3.3. Do you have the “Only Logged In Members Can Checkout” option checked in eStore? I just updated eStore so can you please download another build of eStore and check it out:

When the customer returns to the thank you page it is blank

The return url is:

[http://www.thewebscriptstore.com/ty/?tx=1VM401134U038280F&st=Completed&amt=5.95&cc=USD&cm=ip%3d92%2e237%2e28%2e247&item_number=]

I noticed the item_number= is empty so when I add the product ID number (12) in this case, to the end of the return url it works.

I just did the latest update and still got the same results.

You can remove or change the link after reviewing what happens.

That item_number paramter value shouldn’t matter. The query string looks okay to me. I actually went to the link you mentioned above and when I go there, I see the full page (not a blank page). What do you mean by a blank page? Just a white screen or an error?

Everything displays as far as the site structure and colors and graphics but the checkout section is totally white.

I don’t see anything thats blank on that page when I go there. It is likely I am not understanding what you are referring to as the “checkout section”. Can you please use the contact form on our site to get in touch with me so I can maybe look at a screenshot of what you see.

I get the Confirm Order page that gets the users information
