I have a question about wp estore concerning a problem I’m having. On one of my sites the anchor isn’t working right. I’ll click on my add to cart button and it will shoot back up to the top and no cart will show up. I’m using the same setup on this site as my others sites which are all working. Would you mind taking a look?

Thank you!

The shopping cart is not showing up on your page so the anchor is not present and hence the browser can’t send to that anchor. You either haven’t placed the shopping cart on that page at all or your PHP session is not working or you have a caching related issue. Any of the above sound familiar?
Thank you for your reply.
Here is one example of what wp-estore code I have on the page.
<p style=”text-align: center;”>[wp_eStore:product_id:1:end]
[wp_eStore_cart_fancy1_when_not_empty]</p>
Do you see anything wrong with this one?
I am using W3 Total Cache and it was saying, “Browser caching is not active.” I made it active.
Do you notice a difference? Can you see my items in the cart?
“I am using W3 Total Cache” – Please check this forum as it will explain what to do to make the W3 Total Cache plugin work with WP eStore:

Thank you for that link! I’ve done that now on all my sites. I hope it works for everyone. Does it work for you now?
Hi, can you let me know if you think we’ve fixed my shopping cart issue? It’s at this site.
