Amazon S3 downloads returning error

I’m using the Squeeze form to offer a free download, but when the file is linked to S3 Amazon I get this message:

The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.

Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:

The file (on the server) containing your download couldn’t be opened.

If I host the file on my server then it works fine.

S3 is all set up with the right keys etc in eStore.

Any ideas please?

I see you’ve been with us for awhile. There has been a recent change to the way in which Amazon S3 files are handled. If you haven’t updated eStore within the last 3 months, please upgrade:

Yes have been using your excellent software for a while.

Simple Download plugin is very good as is the plugin for SSL.

Is there anything on eStore now that deals VAT – in terms of different rates for different EU countries?
