Affiliates can't login and doesn't recognise password reset

HI!

We are experiencing an issue with the affiliate plugin – users are unable to login and get an error about incorrect credentials. So they then request a password reset but it doesn’t work either.

I thought it may have been affected by the W3 Total Cache plugin, so I deactivated it but affiliates still can’t login.

HI. I’ve just recreated the issue myself – I requested a password reset, but the one I received in the email doesn’t work.

However, if I log into the admin and enter a new password manually, I can login using that.

Please do the following:

1. Load a fresh build of the affiliate plugin:

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins

2. Create a new test affiliate account after that.

3. Do a password reset for this account.

Does that work?
