Affiliate signup notification email not being received

Notification Emails generated after Affiliate signup are not being received by either the admin or the new affiliate.

I’m running: WP Affiliate Platform v 5.3.2 and WordPress v 3.4.1.

I turned on debug then created an account. here are the contents of the debug file:

Thank you for the details. The plugin is definitely sending the email. However, the email is getting lost between your server and the user’s inbox. Go through the checklist of the following post which will help you find out where it is getting lost/blocked:
