Affiliate plugin password reset doesn't appear to send email to affiliates

I have been testing my affiliate plugin that I’ve set up this past week and have found that when I request a password reset I’m not getting the email with the new password. I’ve done it twice and one of my affiliates who’s testing this with me has had the same issue.

We’ve both checked our spam folders as well. This has been going on for two days thus far.

Not sure what I need to do to correct this. Please advise.

Do the following first (just to be sure):

When you do a password reset test, do you see the plugin giving a success message saying the password has been reset and an email has been sent? If it does give that message then the plugin is definitely sending the email. The following would be useful for that case:
