Hi. We just installed the affiliate platform to pay author royalties. We created an affiliate account, and set their commission at 0, as we are only using it for revenue sharing. We enabled revenue sharing and set the commission at 33 for 33% Unfortunately, we have seen 3700 in sales and it is showing 6138.00 in commissions, which is 167% of sales. At this time we have only one affiliate in the system.
It seemed to be giving correct numbers in testing, but has gotten off now.
Wp version 3.4.2, Wpestore 6.4.9, wp affiliate 9.9.7
Any ideas what has gone wrong?
Thanks
Hi, It should be easy to find out where things are set incorrectly. First of all, load fresh copy of both the eStore and the affiliate plugins:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Next, enable debug in the eStore plugin:

As soon as you get a sale and you see an issue with the commission, share the content of the debug file here so I can analyze it and see where things are going wrong.
