Affiliate not receiving payment after a sale through link

An affiliate for my products has used her link for a sale, yet she never received a payment. Her link is tracking click throughs but did not register the sale.

1. Is she the only affiliate experiencing this issue?
2. Are you able to verify the sale she says took place?
3. And that it was not credited to someone else?
4. Have you done an affiliate test transaction yourself to make sure the system is working fine on your site?

Hello, I have the same problem. I checked it by buying the product with another ip and PayPal account with an affiliate link and impossible to see it in the plugin…
