Can I delay the commission when I say 30 days guarantee on return?
The commission will probably show immediately after purchase, but to referrer could apply for a commission payment until after those 30 days ?

No, you cannnot delay the seeing of the affiliate commission. The commission is always credited as soon as your receive the payment for a product or service.
In your affiliate program terms, you tell your affiliates that there is a 30 days delay before the commission is paid out (sent to their bank). This is to make sure if a customer takes a refund, you are not paying for that commission. So for example, the commission for the month of June will be paid out in August. The commission for July will be paid out in September. Thats how an online affiliate system works.
