Our membership upgrade is done using a wp-Estore product linked to wp-eMember. We are getting the admin notification emails concerning the payment but nothing regarding the membership upgrade itself. The problem is that sometimes, a member purchases the upgrade but with a corporate credit card and so we cannot figure out which wp-emember account was really upgraded. Any thoughts on a resolution? It would be great if an admin email could be generated whenever there was an account upgrade. Thank you for your time.
We have made couple of improvements on this. You can edit a transaction from the manage customers menu of eStore and then the “eMember User ID” field will say which eMember profile that payment belongs to (if any). There is alos a link that you can click which will open the eMember profile that the payment belongs to.
Let me know how that works for you.
Thank you. I am glad to be able to track down the eMember associated with the purchase. While I can see the eMember User ID field which contains the number that matches the eMember profile, I do not see a link to click that will open that eMember profile. Where is that exactly?
Another option that would work for us is to be able to embed the username of the customer who was logged in when they made the purchase into the confirmation email. I do not see the {username} option in the list of available email tags. If we could place that in the confirmation email from eStore, that would work nicely. Thanks again.
Please do the following and let me know if you see the link after that:

Yes, that did the trick. I can see the link to the wp-eMember profile now. Thank you!
