I would like to be able to send a email to a supplier based on the purchase of a specific product, but not have that supplier get emails for purchases of all products. Supposedly the Post Payment Action addon will allow this, but I have installed that addon and set up the emails, and it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve followed the posted instructions, but wonder if there’s some additional configuration step required to make this work.
Hello smcrjc, have you read through the following PDF file.
Kind regards
What version of eStore are you using? Have you recently upgraded the eStore plugin? If not then try doing that:

As stated, I did read the instructions and set up the configuration exactly as shown, but it did not work.
I have not tried reinstalling the plugin; I will try that. Thanks for the suggestion.
Hello, I want to be able to send different automatic emails to my clients according the product/service they purchased. From the email settings on the eStore I can only have one Purchase Confirmation Email. I downloaded the Post Payment Actions Addon but I have to specify a email address and what I pretend is to have different automatic emails for different products. Instead of specifying an email, can i use any code to fetch the email of everyone that buys the product/service to send the correct email for the correct product/service?
Hello, I want to be able to send different automatic emails to my clients according the product/service they purchased.
Complete the Product Specific Instruction field for your products. Then use the {product_specific_instructions} email tag in your email.
