    Hi,

I’ve already read your post about the issues with WP 3.5 and it’s javascript changes. But I am still experiencing issues.

I downloaded a fresh install of eMember and cleared my cache. I also tried using a different browser. Same result.

Here’s the oddity, though, which might help pinpoint the problem: I CAN click the edit button for the last membership level that I created. And edit and save just fine. But I cannot click any of the other edit buttons for the other membership levels… just the last one.

And here’s where it gets really weird: if I click the Edit button for the last membership level (even if I don’t it save, just cancel), I can then click the Add New button and add a new membership level. But that Add New button only works AFTER I click the edit button for the last created membership level.

I’ve also tried installing the Use Google Libraries plugin, which helped me solve issues with WordPress 3.5 and other themes. That didn’t change anything. I’ve also tried switching themes, but still same issue.

    Any suggestions?

I sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check it out.

Hi, I was able to create a new membership level on your site without any issue. Check your levels now and you will see the new one I created. I am convinced that there is a little bit of a caching issue going on here. Did you try this in a different browser just to be sure?

Ha! thanks for the tip! As soon as I clicked “edit” to edit an existing membership, and hit “cancel”, I was then able to add a new membership. Weird glitch!

I have a similar problem – I am trying to add a membership level but the nothing happens on pressing the button…

Scratch that – found a post with a solution:
