Hello, I followed the instructions to set up the Active Campaign plugin (https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-and-activecampaign-integration-addon-4040) on my WP website: [www.fertilitydeva.com] and the sale to paypal works perfectly but the purchaser is not landing on the email list. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Please help. Thanks!
August 3, 2017 at 8:45 pm #76144wzpModeratorDid you do THIS?
Step 3) Edit the eStore product in question and specify your ActiveCampaign “List ID” in the List Name field of the product. Example value: 2
August 3, 2017 at 9:46 pm #76145RoblMemberIf only it were that simple. I did that when i set it up. I would have attached screenshots if I could. It should be simple, but it’s not working. The plugin is installed. The api and url are in the correct spot. I have the list name in the autoresponder. I make the purchase. The payment goes through via paypal. But my test account email address doesn’t make it onto my mailing list.
I ran through the process again just for fun to make sure everything is in place and still wasn’t added the the list.
August 4, 2017 at 12:05 am #76146adminKeymasterPlease do the 4 steps explained in the following post:
Then share the URL of the page where you have the squeeze form. I will be able to check the log file and tell you where things are going wrong and what needs to be corrected.
August 5, 2017 at 6:08 am #76147RoblMemberI tested it several times and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I had list 8 working and then it stopped. I tested two different lists, the first (finaltest) wasn’t working at all, and the second attempt I used list 8 because it was working but when I switched it back it wasn’t working and didn’t add the email to the list. I’ve waited over an hour and it still hasn’t arrived.

Here’s a copy of a successful sale with test list 6 that put my test account on the appropriate mailing list. I was successful in testing it with the squeeze form first using a separate email. It seemed to take a really long time for the name to transfer over to Active campaign.

August 5, 2017 at 6:12 am #76148RoblMemberI’ve been using the same product in eStore, just changing the list name as I was testing it.
August 5, 2017 at 11:53 pm #76149adminKeymasterYou have entered a value of “finaltest” in the listname field which is wrong.
ActiveCampaign uses a NUMERIC value for the list ID which is what you need to enter in eStore. WP eStore uses their API which requires the List ID value.
If you select the list and look in the URL you should see the list id there.
Please refer to the documentation. Read it carefully one more time:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-and-activecampaign-integration-addon-4040
You must enter the List ID value which is a numeric value (example: 2).
If you see the following error in the log file, it means the list ID value you entered is incorrect.
[result_message] => List ID 0 does not exist.
August 14, 2017 at 10:30 pm #76150SunilMemberHello…I can’t get Customer names/email addresses to be added to my ActiveCampaign list. I am using the ListID number (instead of the name). I reset the Debug file and created a Squeeze page as Admin suggested. Below is my log file after using the Squeeze page. I even reset my ActiveCampaign API key and checked that WordPress was able to link to my AC account and reload the list names.
–Hope you can help. Thanks.

August 14, 2017 at 11:49 pm #76151adminKeymasterThe API key you entered looks wrong.
Remember the API Key and the API URL are TWO completely different things. To me it looks like you entered the API URL in the API Key field of this plugin so the plugin is failing to connect to ActiveCampaign’s server.
Get your correct API key from the ActiveCampagin account and plug that value in the addon’s settings then try again.
August 14, 2017 at 11:56 pm #76152SunilMemberThank you admin…..I had the API URL and API Key interchanged in the setup! Thanks!
