Accents transformed into question marks in {first_name} {last_name}

Hello,

When I insert {first_name} {last_name} at the beginning of the the buyer thank you letter, the accents are tranformed in question marks in the thank you message to the buyer. Same thing for{product_details}. The rest of the texts are fine even with accents.

– I’m using French language for WP eStore

– I customized the translation file (accents are well encoded)

– My database use UTF-8

– Version used 6.60

I don’t know where to check to solve this
