PDF Stamper v4.0.5
eStore v6.1.8
WP v3.2.1
WP Afilliate v4.9.4
The story so far…
eStore works fine, no errors in setting up or processing payments.
PDF Stamper manual stamping works fine.
WP Afilliate not in use yet
After successful payments (live testing with products @ $0.01 each) i receive the purchase email with the encrypted download links.
On test purchases with 2 or more products, the first pdf download works perfectly, properly stamped. Then the 2nd and every subsequent download link receives a file missing error. The actual download links are only half the length of the successfully downloadable first download link.
My first host had supposedly adequate resources for all this processing, with my largest file size being 1.7M My NEW host has 5-8 times the processing resources, yet I end up with the exact same result. Both are on shared servers.
Oh, i downloaded and used the minimum required checker plugin, with positive results for each area.
I have searched and read this and other areas of the support forum, not finding any post with the same issues as I have. I did notice one possible “solution” in my travels and checked my PHP settings and it was correctly set up, so I continued searching the forum.
Now I have to put my issues here and hope for some help and a solution. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

1. Are we talking about one email with multiple links, or multiple emails with one link each?
2. When you click on a link, does what you see in your browser’s address bar match the same URL that is in the email? Because eStore sends out the links as plain text, some email programs (like Gmail) are famous for not properly converting plain text links back into HTML.
3. If you copy the link from the email, and paste it into your browser’s address bar; does that work?
December 5, 2011 at 11:48 pm #39203jszkutkoMember1. No, a single order with multiple products purchased. I have tested it with 2 products and up to 17 products, all with the same result.
2. I have not taken any notice of the matching URLs from email to browser, I will when I test again now.
3. I’ll let you know
testing once again…

As Soft As White – Cornet with 9pc Brass Band – http://itubaonline.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/download.php?file=2BOa%2FCgAU%2FaZhKjsyUyZ9OKTRg%3D%3D
Above is the email with download links that I receive.
First link looks like this in the address bar of Firefox after clicking on the link
https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&view=bsp&ver=ohhl4rw8mbn4
Second link looks like this in the address bar after clicking on the link
This is the error message I receive with this link
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.
Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The download script couldn’t locate the file associated with the digital product. If the administrator thinks this reason is in error, maybe a different URL conversion option might fix the problem.
As you can see, from the email with download links, the download links are physically different, with different results once clicked upon. The first link works perfectly and product is stamped properly.
I just checked the “manage stamped files” and there is no stamped second file, only one stamped file with today’s date. I have also checked my media files and the file for the second product is present on my host.
I have copied each link and pasted into the address bar, returning the same results that I get from just clicking on them
December 6, 2011 at 12:16 am #39205wzpModeratorPlease enable the debug logs, press the Reset Log Files button and try another test. Then check the download_manager_debug.log file. I suspect that you will discover that it is trying to look for a file called “Error!” instead of an actual file.
December 6, 2011 at 12:36 am #39206jszkutkoMemberI turned on debug for the first time before doing the test purchase which I have posted details here.
While there are errors in the debug file, I don’t know how to interpret them to find a solution, so i’ll past it here for you

December 6, 2011 at 12:46 am #39207jszkutkoMemberAfter reading this debug file, I have noticed there is no reference to the second failed file. (As-Soft-As-White-Cornet-Brass-Band.pdf)
The file listed IN the debug is the one that is successful.
December 6, 2011 at 3:02 am #39208wzpModeratorI’m concerned that PDF Stamper may be having problems, similar to another active thread…
When the log file uses “Error!” as a file name, it means PDF Stamper is the root cause.
I think @admin needs to weigh in on what might be happening. Although I suspect some kind of memory issue.
December 6, 2011 at 4:34 am #39209jszkutkoMemberI have already checked that “curl” php thing, and it is set to “1”, the thread I saw this on stated it should be on “1”.
How do we get admin involved?
December 6, 2011 at 5:11 am #39210wzpModeratorWe wait for him to read this, LOL.
December 6, 2011 at 5:32 am #39211jszkutkoMember…oh, OK. :0)
December 6, 2011 at 10:06 am #39212adminKeymasterI have sent you an email to get site access so I can troubleshoot this. Please send details about the amount of RAM that is available to PHP on your hosting account.
January 27, 2012 at 11:41 pm #39213lekiendSpectatorHello,
I have the same problem as @jszkutlo.
With multiple sales, only one file is stamped and same link is generated for all sales.
Is this problem solved ?
With this issue, I had to stamp the second file manually for my client but how to protect password pdf files manually ?
Thanks
Dimitri
