Hi, Questions
1. Will I have a problem with eStore if my WP installation is in a sub-directory as explained here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
2. If there is an update to my version of eStore will it tell me on the plugins page in the backend of my site?

1. If you have correctly installed WP in another directory; there will be no problems.
