iContact support tell me:

“WordPress can be made to work with iContact via the API but it all depends on the programming. iContact’s API is a REST API that simply requires you properly authenticate and communicate with us in one of two programming languages: XML or JSON. The language of the program you write doesn’t matter to us as long as the communication to and from iContact is in one of those two languages. If you need specific questions answered from a programming perspective between WordPress and iContact outside of the functionality of the API itself I recommend contacting an experienced programmer.”

Can someone please tell me what I need to do?
