Thanks for the answer, but instead of doing the sorting in the excel sheet, can I just download a sheet based on the Display Customer List for Product ID only view in the UI?

Thanks, I just went to WP Affiliate>Settings and did not find anything on the page labeled “Hide the Tax ID / SSN Field”. I’m running WP Affiliate Platform Settings v 4.9.9.4

Thanks for keeping this thread open. Since we are not sending 1090-MISC forms, we do not want to have to deal with the specific guidance or become liable for damages resulting from improper handling of personal information, should your site be hacked.

How do er remove the SSN field all together from the Affiliate portal so no data can be entered/stored?
