I tried the solution and it works great! But…. it only works if you embed a video. If you use Lightbox or any other method that uses shortcodes, then you can’t put a shortcode inside a shortcode. I happen to use ViddyMatic for other free videos on my site and it works great and it allows for streaming from Cloud Front. But, it uses shortcodes. My creative mind said “someone must have a plugin for that.” I found the term was “nested shortcode” and there is was….. I found a plugin on the WordPress Plugin site called Outerbridge Nested Shortcode. I just installed it on my test page and my Viddymatic video plays! I have not tried it with Lightbox yet. I’m getting closer!!

I am curious if this was resolved. I have the same needs/issues with the true page address being visible in the source code. It appears from your site that you found a solution. Nice site by the way.
