1. Yes, have tried with new and different files with same result.
2. We did have a hosting server problem last week. Here is an excerpt of what they said the problem was, “I apologize, but I was forced to suspend the script “/home/m****/public_html/tbucketplans.com/wp-cron.php” as it was causing a high load on the server, and due to it affecting all of the other accounts on the system, I forced to take immediate action for the health of the server.”
This is what they also said they did when they fixed the server problem, “I have gone into your site and configured it properly.
I have added a caching plugin, W3-Total-Cache. I have configured this plugin to run properly as well.
I have also installed WP-DBManager and WP-Optimize plugins. The WP_DBManager not only backs your database up automatically it optimizes your tables automatically as well. This is important to do on a regular basis.
I have enabled your site again and everything appears to be working properly at this time.”
Am using HostGator. Hopefully this information will prove helpful.
Thank you so much again.
TBucketPlans.comMemberI can only say that it’s the same file we’ve used for months and which has been opened and saved hundreds of times. Then, a few days ago the problem started. As I noted, when I click on the unencrypted link everything works fine, both opening and saving. Really would appreciate some further advice. Thanks
TBucketPlans.comMemberHi, I am having a similar problem. Have been using WP eStore successfully for over 6 months. In last couple days purchasers cannot view or save their downloaded eBooks. In testing encrypted links sent to them they also result in a zero download. The unencrypted link works fine. I also noted when trying to view the PDF that the Adobe Reader message inserts [1] before .pdf.
I have read your other referenced articles and they do not seem to apply. I assume you will send me a site access form. Thanks so much.
