That worked perfectly! Thanks!!
March 31, 2012 at 8:46 pm in reply to: fancy display #3 – change thumbnail to rectangle (for DVD covers) #43599sourceflixMemberOkay — figured this one out. I adjusted the height and width in CSS for eStore-fancy3-thumb img from 125px x 125 px to 160px by 120 px. Easy fix. Looks great now.
Thanks!

March 4, 2012 at 11:41 am in reply to: add to cart button and qty field not displaying properly #42622sourceflixMemberThat is in the custom style sheet because I just copied my entire theme style sheet over to custom — I am new at this and thought that was the way to do it. So now I’ve corrected my custom style sheet to only include sections that I’ve customized–which doesn’t include what you referenced above. So, the appearance of the “qty” field and the “add to cart” button is getting is look from my theme’s style sheet. How can I have the wp eStore css override my theme’s css? Or am I even thinking about it correctly. What I want is for the “add to cart” to look like a button, and not a text input box — like the picture of Stylish Display 3 on your site.
Also, the style attributes that affect the Qty/add to cart areasin my product display also affect the “delete” and “empty cart” buttons in my cart (border and background showing). How can I have the cart buttons not have a border but the “Qty” for each product still have a border?
Sorry if I’m annoying — just trying to figure it all out. I appreciate your help.
Thanks!

I followed the instructions you gave to the original poster and it worked for me. There were two instances where I needed to change the code in the php file. I’m using WP eStore version 6.4.8. Just for anyone else searching for a solution to this problem. It works!
March 3, 2012 at 9:46 am in reply to: "Update cart" button? or text "Hit enter to update cart" #42524sourceflixMemberFirst — THANK YOU for the addition!
Unfortunately, I did not find that first line of code in my “eStore_advanced_configs.php” file. I see the list of define… but there is no line to show_update_button…
I went ahead and added the correct line, but that did not cause a button to appear. I just purchased eStore last week, so I assume that I have the latest version.

March 2, 2012 at 1:27 am in reply to: PayPal Profile based shipping not asking for zipcode at checkout #42543sourceflixMemberThanks! Problem solved itself. I realized that the preconfigured business setup in sandbox probably didn’t have the shipping profile set up like my real one. So,I unchecked the option to be in sandbox mode on the settings page. In real life, when I go to checkout with PayPal, it does ask for the zip code. So, all is well!

March 1, 2012 at 8:57 am in reply to: "Update cart" button? or text "Hit enter to update cart" #42520sourceflixMemberTHANK YOU! I confess that I had not seen that message on the screen — and possibly others won’t. Per your instructions, I found the php file, but I don’t really want to change the wording, just make the font bigger so people don’t miss it. Where would I go to the CSS code to increase the font? Again, thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated!
February 29, 2012 at 2:05 pm in reply to: How can I set up products with price variations for bulk orders? #42473sourceflixMemberThat works perfectly. Thank you VERY much!!!
sourceflixMemberThank you for your response. Would you or anyone have some more concrete suggestions? I bought this plugin because I don’t have knowledge to deal with html/php/css. I needed something that would work on it’s own. So, I’m at a loss as to how to change the css of my theme–and I doubt the company I purchased the theme from will feel the need to help me get my plugin to work. Any help would be deeply appreciated! Has no one ever experienced this same issue? I can’t use wp eStore if I can’t get the cart to display properly, and from the research I’ve done, it’s the best option there is! Thank you!
