Default is 128 MB but I can change it. We are hosting at Rackspace Cloud Sites. What should I set it to to avoid any problems? PDFs can be as long as 20 pages with graphics- call it ~1.5 MB
I have removed the encrypted pdfs and uploaded ones that are not encrypted. I went to the settings and checked the “Enable PDF File Encryption” and the “Allow Print” boxes. When I try to go to view a document online – most of the time I get the error “An error occured while trying to stamp the file! Error details: ” If I try it several times sometimes the document does load without the error. If I un-check the encrypted checkboxes the documents load everytime. If I check them again then I have the error problem again sometimes-randomly. What can I do – thanks for your help !
I don’t understand what D. devries did to solve the problem, but I have the same.
Files for which I’ve removed the right to copy give me an error when stamped:
File is encrypted! Error Code: 6
What do I need to do to ensure that my PDFs are not able to be copied (or saved) AND still are able to be stamped?
