I am having a similar problem.
My customers are not getting an email, and neither am I.
All PayPal settings are correct after searching the forums, and I am able to provide the download link on the “Thank You” page.
I have a tick in the “Send Email After Purchase”, I have a tick in the “Send Email to Seller After Purchase”, but no email to them, or me. They get a PayPal invoice without any links.
Any ideas?
I don’t like relying on the customer to clicking the link on the page, I’d rather they had a hard copy email with the link.
EDIT: I saw some mention of 777 permissions somewhere, but the thread didn’t complete. Is this something I should be looking into too?
Additional testing: The watermarking works on small file sizes, but my files are 3500px by 2500px at a minimum.
