When I turn off the “disable simultaneous login”, it seems that the problem has been solved. How can I fix it?

Sorry, The eMember version is 8.8.6

Yes, I am using disable simultaneous login.

The version of eMember is 9 and of course yes I can share the login details of both wp and eMember if you send me an email. (as while as my site is under construction, you have to be logedin in the wordpress to see the site.)
