I don’t suppose there is any way I can retrieve my affiliate list since I deleted the files in the database?
SherigMemberOk…I used the link as per Option 1 mentioned above and signed myself up as a new affiliate and it worked just fine.
So that means that it is either the theme or a plugin that is causing the problem?
I think I will just change and use Option 1 instead of going to the trouble to try to figure out which plugin is causing the problem.
Thanks so much!
SherigMemberOk…I did everything you stated here, but I am still having a little problem. After installing the plugin again and activating it, I went in and signed myself up as an affiliate to test it out. After I filled out the form and submitted it to become an affiliate, it comes up with this message at the top of the form:
“Affiliate ID already exists, please choose different Affiliate ID!”
The wierd thing is that when I go to the “Manage Affiliates” tab in my dashboard, it shows my affiliate account. So it looks like it is allowing the new affiliate to sign up but giving that error message for some reason.
Any ideas why it would be doing that? Oh..I should say that when I signed myself up in the affiliate form I clicked “Check Availability” when I typed in my User ID and it said it was available.
Please help! This is going to totally confuse my affiliates when they sign up if it keeps giving them that error message.
SherigMemberThank you so much! That worked perfectly!
SherigMemberThank you so much! It worked great!
Have a blessed day!
SherigMemberI guess I should clarify I little bit more.
If you look at my page here: http://www.school4jesus.com/bookshop/homeschooling-ebooks
I am wanting to get the “View Details” text over to the left under the graphic. But I can’t seem to find the coding in the Fancy 4 CSS that allows me to do that.
Can you tell me what part of the coding is for the “View Details” text?
Thanks again for your help!
SherigMemberThank you! I have edited some of the CSS, but I am having a hard time figuring out which part of the Fancy 4 CSS is for the “View Details” text. Can you help? Thank you!
