Hi Amin,
I think your response is the answer for my another question.
But thanks, anyway.
cheers,
Samuel
SamuelMemberThanks Amin,
Is it possible for membership product to have two kind of payment (PayPal and manual payment) ?
I’ve set other products, which are physical products, use manual checkout. I think I can’t create multiple payment just for the membership product.
All my concern is how if the customers prefer to use bank transfer rather than PayPal to pay the membership but I can still capture the referrer id.
regards
SamuelMemberHi Amin,
thanks for the tip.
SamuelMemberHi Amin,
I did that. I set the currency of membership subscription was USD & there was no error in Paypal but the currency symbol of the price still uses Rp. (currency symbol of Rupiah/IDR). It should in $, right?
I did not find field to set currency symbol in “Buy Now or Subscription Type Button Specific Settings”. Only currency code (e.g. EUR, GBP, AUD, USD).
thanks,
Samuel
SamuelMemberYes, because the Paypal can’t accept payment in IDR (Rp).
There was an error regarding with currency when I tried to buy the membership using “Buy Now” / “Subscription” button.
I think it’s okay if both of product (physic product and membership) use IDR (Rp) but Paypal (for membership product) can’t accept IDR
thanks,
Samuel
SamuelMemberThanks

Thanks for your response.
I have another problem. In my country, last name is not mandatory and since the target is for local customer, I do not need country information. So I delete the fields but the software still needs last name and country info when checking out items.
How to change the manual checkout script so that it does not need that data anymore.
Cheers,
Samuel
SamuelMemberOkay thanks.
SamuelMemberHi Amin,
Thanks for your answer. Now the available qty is correct but I noticed that the checkout process did not check available stock.
I tested to an item that has qty: 5
I opened product page in two different browser (firefox and chrome) as if there were two different customers who want to buy the item.
I checkout 3 in firefox and in the 2nd browser I add 3 in cart. I expect the 2nd customer could not checkout because the available stock was 2 (5-3) but there was no warning / error in checkout process. This two purchased using manual checkout.
When I refreshed the page the available qty : -1 (this value came from 5-6).
I do expect the software will check the available qty first and cancel the process if the available stock is less than purchased item so that the available qty will not less than 0.
Please help.
Thanks a lot.
