I switched to weight-based shipping, and made the weight for all the physical items equal to the price. This way, my shipping rate table still works.

I set that to yes, and it still added the shipping cost.

I am using Paypal profile based shipping and I have a digital product I’m trying to sell. I specified shipping of 0.00 for it. When the user hits Buy Now and enters their zip code, it still adds the shipping charge.

The shipping will be added.
I cannot use weight based shipping because I charge different amounts of shipping based on total price. I need a way that digital products will not be charged shipping. Currently, I am only selling physical products.
